Shipping Providers

  • We use FEDEX to ship all orders.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped ON Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location:
    • FEDEX 2-3 business days
    • Expedited options for priority overnight is available at checkout.  This is best for warmer climates. 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the USPS or UPS websites.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Scooty's Apples is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
